Think Like A VC Case Workshop

Adam will join us for an interactive VC workshop to share his perspectives from VC. We will work on an actual deal and learn about his thought process at each phase including sourcing, screening, transacting (term sheet and negotiation), post-acquisition management, and exit strategy. This session welcomes all students and doesn't require prior VC experiences.
