Tracy Dubb is a venture capitalist turned beauty entrepreneur. She is the founder and CEO of Isla Beauty, an accessible skincare brand dedicated to creating functional products and providing consumers with maximum transparency. Prior to founding Isla Beauty, Tracy founded M3 Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in tech enabled consumer companies such as Rumble Boxing and Heyday.
