UCLA Anderson Energy Case Competition
February 2, 2018

Sponsored by Southern California Edison, this year's UCLA Energy Case Competition saw ten MBA teams compete to address the "challenges in energy" theme, with top teams winning cash prizes.

One of the premier energy case competitions in the United States, The RECC features MBA teams from top national and international business schools. Teams compete to solve one of the many significant challenges facing the renewable energy industry today.

November 10, 2015

Sponsored by Off.Grid:Electric, the world’s first massively scalable “solar as a service” company.  Case focused on Off.Grid:Electric’s aspirational product line and how to best serve customers that are looking to access services like television.

Nineteen MBA teams from the national and international top business schools competed to devise go-to-market strategies for behind-the-meter and grid-scale solutions for battery storage.

Fuqua Energy in Emerging Markets Case Competition
February 18, 2015


Teams representing top MBA programs in energy and sustainability competed to solve a case provided by Powerhive. Powerhive is a technology venture founded in 2011 focused on the financing, metering, and management of distributed solar micro-grid solutions with a proprietary technology platform and business model.

Future of Transportation Case Competition (presented by The Fuels Institute)

Teams from undergraduate and graduate programs across the country competed to solve a broad industry reinvention of both the motor fuels and motor vehicles industries.
