Kellogg's Evening & Weekend Black Management Association (BMA) group's mission is to create a community that supports, develops, and advances Black leaders through their Kellogg journey and beyond. BMA delivers on these goals by leveraging academic and professional resources that provide opportunities for our members to grow via networking, social events, and engagement with senior leaders and alumni across varied fields of interest.

We foster a community that empowers students to celebrate their authentic selves and see the value in their identities.

We also push to redefine the status quo within these walls by driving the urgency of change to the greater student body, faculty, staff and Kellogg community. We will achieve this by being visible, adding value, and sharing our voice.

Change is sustained by action. BMA is that action.

The Business Leadership Club at Kellogg strives to gain exposure for us students towards business leadership career roles as well business leadership insights in general and particular pertaining to selected industries.

The Business Leadership Club aims to inspire and facilitate lifelong learning about leadership and to promote a leader-focused culture at Kellogg.

The primary objectives are to:

•Encourage a passion to improve the world through team leadership
•Build awareness of Kellogg as a premier institution for the development of leaders
•Expand Kellogg's reach with business and non-business leaders

<p>Kellogg Athletics Club<br /><br />The purpose of the club is to enhance the student experience at Kellogg by increasing social networking opportunities. Playing on a Kellogg athletics team will provide students with an outlet to have fun and<br />build long lasting relationships in a non-academic environment. The club will also offer leadership opportunities to students as each team will be assigned a team captain, who will manage attendance and communications. <br /><br />Leagues will be designated as "competitive" or "just for fun" and players of all experience levels are welcome. Teams will be formed based on interest, schedule and skill level (beginner to advanced) and registration will be open to part-time, full-time, alumni and faculty. Students will have the opportunity to play in the following<br />Chicago Sport and Social Leagues: softball, kickball, soccer, football, volleyball, basketball, dodge ball, bowling, and tennis.<br /><br />In addition, the club will help students find informal neighborhood groups that are interested in getting together for yoga, running, tennis, golf, volleyball, softball, working out, etc.</p>
