The demands on you to work seamlessly across multi-cultural teams and organizations is ever-increasing. Exceptional managers and leaders not only harness the talents of their diverse teams but learn to masterfully facilitate communication across teams representing a wide range of communication and cultural norms and preferences.

In this session, attendees will learn essential frameworks that first help us understand key cultural differences. Then we'll focus on how one adapts their communication to be effective in other cultural contexts and on multi-cultural teams. This will be accomplished through case studies, role plays, and interactive exercises. An overview of cultural values will be followed by tangible take-aways and tips for mastering a communication across cultures. Key topics
include relationship-building, time-management, decision-making, and communication.

Our featured guest, Nicole Barile, is a longstanding expert on cross-cultural communication and works closely with executives at Fortune 500 companies to facilitate their transitions and success at assignments around the globe.

This event is also being repeated in the afternoon from 1:30p-4:30p. Please only sign up for one of the two sessions.
