Getting ready for your summer back in the real world? Join the executive Chef for Kellogg and the Allen Center for a pre-night-class cooking demonstration. Using ingredients sourced from Kellogg's own community garden and the Evanston Farmer's Market, you'll join Chef Jeff Muldrow in producing four dishes easily recreated upon your return to the work week, whether it be temporary or permanent. Although you won't enjoy the Allen Center cuisine for quite some time, take this chance to bring it along with you!
