Join Lawson for a 20-minute guided meditation every Tuesday and Friday morning in the Fitness Studio!

Meditation has been shown to have positive effects on mood, stress, anxiety, self-compassion, and focus, among other things. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, come take 20 minutes for yourself to ground and center yourself.
