Note, this class is the 7pm Power Yoga offered through NU Recreation.
Since it occurs at SPAC, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes ahead of time. SPAC membership is required (by default, Kellogg students have access).
This class is open to all members of the Northwestern community but happens to be taught by a Kellogg student!
