Join us for a ~15 minute "semi-guided" meditation with Nicole Teow. Expect ~5 minutes of introduction and guidance, followed by ~10-12 minutes of silent, self-observation of the breath.
Anapanasati is a core meditation practice in several traditions of Buddhism as well as a part of many mindfulness programs. It is one of the oldest, most practiced and studied styles of meditation, and is the foundation for several more advanced styles of meditation (e.g., Vipassana Meditation).
