Join the KVA in welcoming back Patrick Pacious, KSM '96! Pat Pacious will be discussing the impact his military service had on him, and his career progression to become President and CEO of Choice Hotels.

Pat Pacious is President and CEO of Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH), one of the largest and most successful lodging franchisors in the world. In 2019, Choice Hotels reported over $1.1 billion in revenue, exceeded 7,100 hotels in its global system, and expanded its pipeline to over 1,050 hotels — the largest in company history. Before becoming CEO in 2017, Pat was the company's president and chief operating officer.
In 2019, he was named one of the "Top 50 Best CEOs of Large Companies" by Comparably and received the inaugural Veterans in Business Award from the Washington Business Journal. He is currently a member of the board of directors of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.
Pat served as a U.S. Navy officer after earning his bachelor's degree from Duke University and went on to earn a master's in business administration from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
