A: It's a nails-tough workout named after Navy SEAL and Medal of Honor recipient Michael Murphy.
Q: What if I'm not good at pull-ups?
A: This workout is open for all athletic abilities and alternate options are available for pull-ups. We will have resistance bands to assist you if needed, AND a chest-high pull-up bar for inverted rows.
You are also welcome to complete the workout with a partner or in a team of 3!
