Ambassador Karl Eikenberry is a graduate of USMA, retired Army LtGen, and former Ambassador ot Afghanistan. He will be speaking at NW about the influence that an all-volunteer force and recurring mobilizations have had on political, economic, and foreign policy changes for the US. This is a large forum talk that is open to the public.
