Time does not heal everything, trying harder doesn’t always lead to improvement, and talking to a therapist doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll feel better. The truth is: change is hard. Changing anything starts by clearly seeing the ways you keep yourself stuck (consciously and unconsciously) without judgement or fear. From this place of seeing yourself clearly, you can learn to break through. One thought, one behavior, and one pattern at a time.

Objectives: In this private group coaching session, participants will be guided through self-reflective exercises that address the following:
- Understand what self-sabotage is and how it works
- Identify internalized patterns of self-criticism and why awareness of these patterns is not enough to change them
- Understand the role of fear and self-doubt as a response to unresolved trauma (whether this be big traumas or little traumas) and identify the first steps to changing old patterns that are no longer serving you

Our facilitator Carly Maletich is a coach, therapist, and mindfulness instructor who specializes in trauma. Carly will be leading this coaching session via Zoom, while all participants will be able to join together from a classroom at the Hub.
