The Good Life presents "From Trying to Doing: The Power of Language in Achieving Your Goals" A workshop hosted by executive coach Elise Madrick.

Every future begins with how we answer a fundamental question: who are you? Identity shapes how we interpret situations, make decisions and influence outcomes long before we take action or speak. In this one-hour interactive session, participants explore how their sense of identity quietly governs what feels possible and how they show up as leaders. From that foundation, the session turns to language as a creative force, revealing how words do more than describe reality they actively bring futures into being.

Through guided reflection, dialogue and live practice, participants uncover the stories and language patterns reinforcing current ways of operating and learn how to shift them. The session culminates in crafting a spoken commitment that opens a new possibility forward, grounded in who they are choosing to become.

Participants will:
- Identify the identity narratives shaping their leadership and decision-making
- Recognize how habitual language reinforces current outcomes
- Learn distinctions that expand possibility and alignment
- Practice using language as a tool for creation
- Craft a spoken commitment that sets a new future in motion

Lunch will be provided!
