Brave Voices: Creating Inclusive Cultures of Courageous Conversations
This workshop supports students in becoming brave leaders who speak up and take action that is aligned with their values and purpose about the issues that matter most to them. The session also supports leaders who create the conditions for others to speak up, as well. Individuals and teams thrive when people overcome the tendency to remain quiet, keep their heads down to not rock the boat, and instead speak up about the issues that matter. This practical session will help Kellogg students build the culture and access their courage and confidence to initiate and navigate conversations to generate a positive impact in their lives and in their work.
