Patty Riskind is a dynamic healthcare services leader who has achieved exponential growth with small and large companies by re-engineering their stagnant operations and energizing company cultures for expansion and growth. On January 23rd, Patty will speak with 30 students in an off-the-record discussion, where she’ll share her leadership best practices in healthcare, startups and tech.

The Lavin Bernick Executive Chats series gives Kellogg students an opportunity to engage with an esteemed executive or civic leader presenting his or her perspectives on leadership. The sessions are meant to be dialogue-driven, and informal, with a limited number of seats available at each session. They provide an intimate forum for in-depth conversations.

Patty Riskind is a dynamic healthcare services leader with demonstrated success leading high performing teams in strategy, operations, client support, business development, product management, sales and marketing. She has achieved exponential growth with both small and large companies, reengineered stagnant operations, and energized company cultures for expansion and growth.

Patty is currently Head of Global Healthcare for Qualtrics, an experience management technology company. She also serves as an independent director for Swipe Sense, an early stage electronic hand hygiene and asset tracking company, and is a public board member of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) on its compensation committee.

Previously, Patty was Chief Client Experience Officer (CXO) at Press Ganey Associates. As CXO, Patty had P&L responsibility for all business units, product strategy, operations, business development, and client support. Prior to Press Ganey, Patty was Founder & CEO of PatientImpact LLC, the first e-survey SaaS company in the healthcare industry. Press Ganey acquired PatientImpact in 2009.

Before starting PatientImpact, Patty co-founded and was CEO of 3d Health, Inc., an ambulatory strategy consulting firm; was COO of Tiber Group, now part of Navigant Consulting; served as Executive Director of Business Development for Health Forum, a subsidiary of the American Hospital Association; was VP Operations for Dorenfest & Associates, a healthcare IT market research firm acquired by HIMSS Analytics; and VP Product Development for Sachs Group, a health care predictive modeling software firm.

She has a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Brown University and graduated from the Evening-Weekend MBA Program at the Kellogg School of Management.
