Details
The big day is getting close! Come get some great workouts in with us! We'll be meeting on the pool deck at 10:30 in SPAC. We'll go over logistics and then let folks warm up.
At 10:40 we'll begin. The workout will consist of:
1. 20 minutes of swimming
2. 30 minutes of biking
3. 2 mile run
Make sure to bring swim gear and clothes to bike/ run in. Running outside is also an option!
