Swim workouts are catered to intermediate or advanced lap swimmers and typically involve total lap distances of 1,000-2,500 yards (depending on ability). Swim workouts focus on technique and endurance; however, they are not designed to be swim lessons for beginners. Beginners have the option of enrolling in our quarterly swim clinics hosted by RBS! - Swim goggles (recommend speedo vanquishers)
- Swimsuit (recommend competitive or training suit - swim brief/speedo or jammer for men, one-piece for women)
