Join Zac at Norris Aquatic Center every Tuesday morning this Winter Quarter for a quick swim! Workout distances will be tailored to all skill levels so come as you are.

Technique instruction will be provided throughout the workout as well as afterwards for those of you who would like to take your swimming to the next level!

Look for Zac on deck in a red Cornell swim suit. See you at the pool!
