Come join Corbett to learn the fundamental barbell lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, barbell row) from an experienced weightlifter.  This class will teach you the right way to move a barbell to ensure you will always be safe when lifting. 

The goal of the class is to teach proper lifting technique so that you feel comfortable lifting on your own or in groups moving forward. This class should be a particularly useful complement to RBS' Small Lifting Groups and 5x5 programming.

All experience levels welcome! Note attendance is limited to 6 to ensure everyone gets the attention they need.
