Details
A Workshop to Develop Superior Goal Attainment Strategies facilitated by former officer, pilot, and instructor in the US Air Force and internal/external organizational consultant for many of the world's leading multi-national firms, Professor Fred Harburg
Science is on the side of Euripides who said - “Fortune truly helps those who are of good judgment.” Good judgment is the most important capability of an executive because all remaining capabilities depend upon it. The way we attain goals and produce results in any aspect of our lives: professional, social, physical, mental, emotional, financial, or moral depends upon the exercise of good judgment.
In this interactive, high engagement session, Evening and Weekend MBA students will learn a research–based approach regarding how to cultivate better judgment to improve the quality of our lives, our work, and our relationships. Participants will complete an inventory for Assessing Judgment, Insight, and Leadership AJIL™. They will leave with a practical plan for enhancing the effective exercise of executive judgment leading to the attainment of superior results as an individual and as a leader.
Time: 9am-12pm CST
Date: July 22nd
Location: Wieboldt Hall, Room 305, breakfast will be provided.
