People Strategy Club is excited to launch our new Small Group Lunch Series with Kellogg professors! Join us for informal conversations with faculty who teach and research topics related to people, leadership, and organizations. These lunches are a great opportunity to connect with professors in a casual setting, learn more about their courses and research, and hear their perspectives on emerging trends in the field.

For this lunch, come enjoy an engaging conversation with Professor LT Zhang! Space is limited to keep the discussion intimate and interactive.
----------
LT Zhang is an Associate Professor of Management & Organizations at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he teaches "Leading at Scale: Power, Design, and Influence in Organizations." As a sociologist, his research examines how innovation and technological change reshape work, occupations, and organizational structures. His work contributes to contemporary discussions about the future of work by drawing on historical contexts and employing a combination of econometric and computational methods. His research explores topics such as the impact of emerging technologies on incumbent workers, the role of codified knowledge in transforming occupations, and the influence of new organizational forms on work and management.

Professor Zhang is affiliated with Northwestern’s Center for Economic History and the Northwestern Institute on Complex Systems. Prior to joining Kellogg, he was an Assistant Professor at Harvard Business School. He earned his Ph.D. in Sociology from Harvard University in 2018 and his B.S. in Mathematics from Stanford University in 2011.
