Capoeira 101 for first timers!

Never tried Capoeira? Now's your chance! This class, led by our experienced instructor, will be designed for first-time students (though more experienced capoeiristas are welcome as well!). Make sure to wear comfortable gym clothes (sweat pants, long shorts, or yoga pants and tee shirt).
Location: Blomquist gym (across the street from the Jake on Foster Rd. and near Sheridan Rd.)
