To create a group where Kellogg students can learn the Afro-Brazilian martial art of Capoeira, a 400-year old martial art created by enslaved Africans in Brazil. Capoeira is a dynamic martial art that involves acrobatics, music and language acquisition skills.
• We hold weekly classes open to all members of the community, teaching the musical and language skills in addition to the physical skills necessary to practice Capoeira and other martial arts • We partner with other Kellogg clubs to bring great events to the community!
