While all are welcome, this is intended to be a MALE-ONLY EVENT.

The Kellogg Manbassadors are excited to welcome the CEO of one of the country's leading gender and diversity consulting firms to the Global Hub this April. Lawler King, CEO of League of Allies (https://www.leagueofallies.com), will facilitate an hour-long workshop designed to provide Kellogg men with tactical strategies for speaking up when encountered with gender bias.

Lawler is an author, former HR executive, and Wharton MBA who has worked with countless companies, including Cisco, HP, Pfizer, and more, on gender and diversity initiatives.

It can be difficult to deliver feedback to men who exhibit bias toward women either at work or in the locker room. It's particularly difficult when the person behaving this way is a manager or friend. This interactive session will equip men with tested frameworks and tools to empower them to speak up and effectively deliver feedback to counter biased behavior.

Lawler most recently headed up People functions at Rue La La, a leading flash sale etailer, and Medullan, an international software service provider. During these tenures, he wrote The E Ticket, a fictional thriller with ~200 footnotes that makes the case women are bio-evolutionary better suited to lead. His first book, Passion at Work, led to a speaking/workshop business servicing the likes of Cisco, HP, and Pfizer. Prior to this, Lawler ran four turnarounds, and served in both delivery and managerial functions in strategy (M&A) and digital consulting. He started his career in Customer Service at a Japanese chemical firm. Lawler has degrees from Wharton and Vassar College and has recently developed an infatuation for paddleboarding.
