IPG Leader Training

This event is intended for 2nd-year IPG leaders in all clubs/industries. The sessions will cover:

• Roles and responsibilities of IPG stakeholders – students, clubs, leaders, KSA, and CMC
• Tips and strategies for leading groups and keeping them motivated and focused
• Open discussion of what worked and what didn't last year – sharing of best practices across clubs
• Feedback from last year's recruiters about where Kellogg students were strong and weak – this will help your IPG leaders focus on prepping the skills most in need of a boost.

Two IPG Leader Training sessions will be held - there is no need to attend both.
