Are you trying to determine where you fit, what jobs to pursue, or how to increase your impact? This session addresses how to maximize career success, leadership effectiveness and personal fulfillment by developing your own narrative of purpose, identity, and values. Research indicates that one of the most significant differentiators of leaders with extraordinary impact is the ability to develop and articulate their personal "Story" that answers "who are you? where do you come from? and where are you going?" Those who are most effective have a clear sense of purpose and values that helps them to thrive in any field. This interactive workshop is designed to help students reflect and articulate their own Story by using individual and small group exercises, and full group discussion. Students will leave this session with deeper insight, as well as practice and feedback on their own leadership stories, that will help them guide their careers, be successful and fulfilled in their chosen roles, and maximize their impact upon others.
