MBA Cup Kick Off Event

Join us for the first MBA Cup event of the year on Saturday, May 7th with students from Booth, Depaul, and Loyola. The purpose of this event is to have fun networking with other students, reliving past MBA Cup memories, and igniting the buzz for MBA Cup taking place this fall.

Tickets for this event are $30 and cover trolley transportation between locations. Drinks and food are not covered in the ticket price, but drink specials will be available at each location. Please note, drinking will not be allowed on the trolleys.

The Plan:
Participants meet at Lizzie McNeill's (400 N McClurg Ct) at 6:00pm to sign in and start networking. Participants will be given wristbands that must be worn in order to get the drink specials and to board the trolleys.

We will be presenting the 2015 MBA Cup proceeds check to Big Shoulders Fund at 7:00pm

Trolleys will pick up all participants beginning at 7:45 pm to take everyone to Citizen Bar & Grill (364 W Erie St)

After two hours or so, the trolleys will depart for the Hangge-Uppe (14 W Elm St) beginning at 9:45pm

Everyone is then welcome to stay at the Hangge-Uppe as long as they want or move to another location

About MBA Cup:
MBA Cup is an annual competition against the other Chicago-area business schools: Booth, Depaul, and Loyola. It's a Saturday in early October (date TBD) in which students from the four schools come together to have fun and network while competing in a variety of athletic challenges, including dodgeball, soccer, kickball, relay races, and tug of war. The schools also fundraise for the Big Shoulders Fund, an organization that provides scholarships to students to attend Catholic schools in the neediest areas of inner-city Chicago. The school with the highest amount of total points in the athletic events and fundraising wins the MBA Cup.
