Enhance Kellogg’s brand image in the countries K-Latam Club represents. Promote further integration among Latins, particularly fostering the integration of the Brazilian community and bringing closer Spanish and Portuguese students with Latin Americans.Promote collaboration with other Kellogg Cultural Clubs (e.g. European, Chinese, Indian, African American) through the organization of joint events. Develop a stronger network between 2nd years and facilitate the immersion of 1 years into the American culture.Improve career/recruiting opportunities in US through the CMC and by better preparing K-Latam members to navigate through the recruiting process.Foster relationships with local alumni clubs in all Latin America to improve job opportunities for Kellogg students.Share Latin American values and culture by promoting active participation of K-Latam members in Kellogg organized activities and club events (country dinners, parties, etc.).Promote integration with the HBSA club. K-Latam Club members can benefit from a better understanding of the US recruiting process and the American culture and HBSA members can improve their knowledge about their Latin American heritage and languages.
