Kiran Pande ’09 is living her professional dream and is the visionary behind the development of the VMock SMART Career Platform. Upon graduating from Kellogg in 2009, Kiran worked at Booz & Company for a little more than two years before deciding to launch VMock.

VMock is a career service platform that utilizes machine learning predictive analytics and artificial intelligence techniques to help create more effective resumes and job searches.  VMock is also beginning to test a virtual reality interview service.
