Join Kathryn for 45 minutes of yoga sculpt!

Yoga sculpt combines free weights with traditional vinyasa/flow sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

Previous yoga experience is recommended. Weights and mats are available at the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.
