The Kellogg Food & Agribusiness Club X Kellogg Education Club are thrilled to invite Kate Brashares, the Executive Director of Edible Schoolyard NYC, to join us in virtual conversation on the importance of incorporating food and farming into our public education system.

Edible Schoolyard NYC (ESNYC) is a non profit serving the New York City public school system through a variety of programs aimed to empower students to make healthy choices for themselves and their communities. ESNYC believes that building a just and equitable food system requires that we invest in the food education of our youngest and most vulnerable population.

In celebration of Kellogg's Social Impact Week, we will sit down with Kate to discuss food education, food equity and justice in our public schools, the impact COVID has had on the communities ESNYC serves... and so much more.
