KESC invites you to an intimate lunch discussion with Professor Aaron Yoon, whose research and teaching at Kellogg sits at the intersection of ESG investing, sustainability reporting, and corporate accountability.

This session will focus on how to critically evaluate corporate ESG reports — cutting through common misconceptions about climate metrics, greenwashing, and what sustainability disclosures actually signal about a company's strategy. Professor Yoon will bring content that challenges conventional thinking on these topics, and the format is intentionally discussion-driven: expect a candid conversation rather than a lecture.

The session will cover:
• How to read and critically assess corporate ESG reports
• How evolving reporting standards and regulations are shaping company behavior
• Common misconceptions in climate and sustainability measurement
• Advice for MBAs pursuing careers in ESG and sustainability

The final 10–15 minutes will be reserved for open Q&A.
