Join us for an exclusive conversation with David Richards, co-founder of RCI Theatricals and one of the most prolific General Managers in modern American theater. Lunch will be provided!

With a career spanning nearly three decades, David has been the strategic force behind over 75 Broadway productions, including Tony Award® winners like Hadestown, The Inheritance, and August: Osage County. As a leader within The Broadway League, David offers a rare perspective on the delicate balance between artistic vision and commercial viability.

From his roots in Mathematics and Economics at Duke to his MBA from Wharton, David brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to the "Show Business." We will dive into the complexities of theatrical general management—from labor relations and touring logistics to the creative problem-solving required to keep a production running on the world's most competitive stages.
