Jason Kozin is the founder and CEO of Fulton Asset Management, a Chicago-based family office focused on long-term investments in industrials, including metals, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing.
Jason’s background is rooted in The Imperial Group, a three-generation family enterprise spanning metals recycling, alloying, manufacturing, and global trading. Rather than running individual businesses, Jason played a central role in transforming and consolidating the platform for scale by driving structural change across systems, capital allocation, governance, and strategy to support growth across commodity-exposed businesses.
In parallel, Jason co-founded Setna, a global aerospace and aviation services company, where he remains actively involved at the board and strategic level. Across his work, Jason focuses on scaling legacy industrial businesses, building durable platforms, and partnering with management teams to modernize founder- and family-owned companies.
