Noor Ferro-Zaheraldeen is an entrepreneur and strategic advisor working at the intersection of technology, labor markets, and social mobility. As the Co-Founder of JobLee, a tech headhunting firm, she partners with startups and companies in AI, robotics, and defense-tech. Her approach is partnership-driven - helping organizations build high-performing teams by reaching exceptional, often overlooked talent and bridging the gap between their potential and market expectations. At the core of her work is one belief: the challenge is not a lack of talent, but a gap in access.

Noor’s perspective is shaped by both data-driven research and hands-on experience. Her career began with a government initiative to expand access to higher education and employment within the Druze community. She later conducted labor market research at the Milken Institute, identifying systemic gaps in employment pathways, and brought these insights into the tech industry at Intel, where she specialized in talent acquisition.

Today, alongside her business, Noor designs and leads strategic employment initiatives to expand high-quality job opportunities in Israel’s periphery, with a focus on women. Her work is driven by a simple conviction: talent is evenly distributed - opportunity is not.

Noor is also a speaker and mentor, regularly engaging with international delegations and students on topics of decision-making under uncertainty, career strategy, and real constraints. She serves as a mentor at Reichman University and in leadership programs supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs.

She holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-Recanati, along with a BA in Statistics & an MA in Quality studies from Haifa University.
