Minority Networking Reception

The Minority Networking Reception is an opportunity for companies to gain early recruiting access to Kellogg students who are members of the Black Management Association (BMA) and Hispanic Management Association (HMA). The reception offers students and participating companies an opportunity to engage on a more intimate level in a non-evaluative capacity in order to cultivate meaningful relationships.

Over 25 companies across all industries will be recruiting for both full-time and internships across functions. A company profile book with detailed company information will be distributed to registered attendees before the event. Registered attendees will also be surveyed for their career interests in order to match students with companies for small group discussions.
