Join us as immigration law expert and Northwestern Pritzker Law School professor, Erin F. Delaney, shares her insights about DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) and the effect of changing legislation on this topic for undocumented individuals. Learn about the history of DACA, what may happen with DACA going forward, and what that might mean for potential undocumented Kellogg students or undocumented students searching for employment in the U.S.

Erin F. Delaney

Erin Delaney is an Associate Professor of Law with a courtesy appointment in political science. Her research focuses on constitutional design and comparative constitutional law, with particular attention to the role of courts in multi-level governance systems. In 2014, she held the Fulbright Visiting Research Chair in the Theory and Practice of Constitutionalism and Federalism at McGill University. She has also been a MacCormick Visiting Fellow at the University of Edinburgh Law School and a Wiener-Anspach Visiting Research Fellow at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
