Mike DeCola
Mike was elected Chief Executive Officer of HBM Holdings in January, 2014. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Company. He is Chairman of the Board for Mississippi Lime Company, Tru-Flex, LLC and Delavau, LLC.
Prior to joining Mississippi Lime as CEO in 1999, Mike was the General Manager of FMC Corporation's Pharmaceutical Division, which markets excipients to the global pharmaceutical industry.
Mike joined FMC in 1977, and has held a number of increasingly responsible positions, primarily in planning and marketing. He holds an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a BA degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College.
