A part of Emerson's C-Suite since 2014, Steve Pelch is Emerson's VP of Organization Planning and Development. Having previously led Emerson's Corporate Planning group, Steve now manages all talent, recruitment, and leadership development at Emerson, and is intimately involved in all major strategic decisions.
