Speaker Bios:
Professor Harry M. Jansen Kraemer, Jr. is the former chairman and CEO of Baxter International Inc., a global healthcare company with $12 billion in revenue. He joined Baxter in 1982, rising from director of corporate development to CEO in 1999 and chairman in 2000. Before Baxter, he worked in corporate banking at Bank of America and in planning and business development at Northwest Industries. Professor Kraemer serves on multiple boards, including Leidos Corporation, Option Care Health, and Performance Health. He is also a trustee at Northwestern University and a member of the Dean’s Global Advisory Board at Kellogg.

Professor Paul L. Corona is an award-winning leadership coach and a Leading Global Coach award winner. He was considered for the inaugural Thinkers50 Marshall Goldsmith Coaching & Mentoring Award, recognizing top leadership thinkers worldwide. Paul founded the award-winning Lee’s 3 Habits system, helping professionals build stronger relationships and achieve greater happiness, and authored The Wisdom of Walk-Ons: 7 Winning Strategies for College, Business, and Life. He previously held leadership roles in Fortune 500 corporations, a Big 4 accounting firm, and major research universities. Most importantly, he is a husband, parent and friend.
