Lunch & Learn with Dave and Ben Hess - The Ins and Outs of Family Business

We're excited to host Dave and Ben Hess, who will be discussing a variety of topics about family business! Dave co-founded Strategic Resources Inc, a consulting firm focused on serving closely held and family-owned small and middle market businesses in order to improve operations and deliver profitable growth and long-term value. Dave's son, Ben, joined the firm in 2016. Ben has nearly a decade of consulting experience working with Fortune 500 companies at Deloitte prior to joining the family business and earning his MBA from Kellogg.

As Strategic Resources is a family firm that also serves family businesses as their clients, Dave and Ben will be able to provide success stories along with pitfalls around how family businesses operate from both an "inside-out" and "outside-in" perspective.
