Pam has deep experience in the consulting industry from inside and out. She recruited successfully for consulting roles as an MBA student while at Chicago Booth, starting her career with Diamond (now part of PwC) and later as an experienced hire with Huron Consulting Group and Strategy&. Pam recruited and interviewed MBAs as a consultant and in her corporate role as Director of Business Planning with NAVTEQ, conducting case and experience interviews. For more than 15 years, Pam has worked with thousands of MBA students and alumni across the globe as a career/executive coach. She was the consulting club liaison and led multiple career programs in her role as Associate Director of Career Management at Chicago Booth. She launched the Capture Consulting Offers program and today, runs a global career advisory firm, Arch Career Partners, serving ambitious individuals and organizations globally.

Pam coaches students at top global MBA programs and conducts 150+ mock interviews annually, providing students with the preparation needed to secure offers with top MBA employers including Accenture, Adobe, Alix Partners, Amazon, Apple, AT Kearney, AT&T, Blue Canyon Partners, Chartis, Deloitte, E&Y, Google, KPMG, Kraft, IBM, LEK, McKinsey, Microsoft, Strategy&, West Monroe Partners, and ZS.
