Lunch & Learn with Chief Talent Officer at The Noble Network of Charter Schools on Charters 101

Chicago's Noble Network of Charter Schools has grown to 17 campuses in the city and improves opportunities for thousands of students through bringing them a better education. Noble's schools send 90% of students to college, 81% of whom are first generation college students.

On Monday, November 6th, the Education Club will host a Lunch & Learn with two members of Noble's central office talent team, including James Troupis, the Network's Chief Talent Officer and Tanya Klinkhachorn, Noble's Director of Talent Pathways. We'll spend time discussing operating a network of successful charter schools in Chicago and how Noble manages talent within a large mission-focused organization. We'll then finish by discussing leadership at the network.
