Kate has spent her career working in higher education and higher education technology. She began as an undergraduate admissions officer at the University of Chicago reading and reviewing applications, planning major open houses and yield programs, and upgrading the visitor experience. Today she translates those experiences and sets the strategy for how Wisr supports colleges and universities making the shift to hybrid enrollment and recruitment models. She has earned her BA and MBA from the University of Chicago. In her spare time, she enjoys woodworking, cooking, and mentoring.

Pranav Kothari is the Founder & CEO of Revolution Impact, LLC. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Chicago, the firm focuses on helping social sector organizations improve their results through better business practices and organizational strategies. The firm’s projects include growth and scale strategy, evaluation and measurement, and capacity-building for social sector leaders nationally.

Pranav also serves as Adjunct Lecturer of Social Enterprise at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, teaching both MBA and executive education courses on the education sector, social sector performance measurement, and board governance. He speaks nationally on measuring social impact, education data, education philanthropy, and nonprofit effectiveness

Sagar Desai is managing director of StriveTogether, a a national movement that uses collective impact to help more than 11 million children succeed, cradle to career.

Prior to joining StriveTogether Sagar was chief operating officer of The Commit Partnership, a community navigator and connector, working to ensure that all North Texas students receive an excellent and equitable education that prepares them to flourish in college and career.

Mohamed Abdel-Kader is Executive Director of the Stevens Initiative at the Aspen Institute. He previously served in the administration of President Barack Obama as Deputy Assistant Secretary for International and Foreign Language Education at the US Department of Education’s Office of Postsecondary Education. In that role, Mohamed was responsible for encouraging and promoting the study of foreign languages and the study of the cultures of other countries at the elementary, secondary, and postsecondary levels in the United States. He led his division’s work in administering grants for overseas studies and research programs funded through the Fulbright-Hays Act as well as Title VI grants to support language and area studies programs in the United States.
