When building our personal brands we often hear the phrase "Toot your own horn." Often times this self-promotion is read as ego-driven and makes us uncomfortable. Self-Advocacy is the act of helping people better understand what your strengths are so that when they are stuck with a problem they know who to call. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to build your brand as an advocate and how to boost your brand every day. The workshop will be led by Molly Louthan, a Workforce Strategist and Executive Coach.
