You are on track in the Kellogg Leadership Journey to participate in the CliftonStrengths assessment and workshop. This session will help you discover and describe your most powerful strengths.
A foundation of effective leadership is self-awareness. The CliftonStrengths (aka StrengthsFinder) is the third assessment within the Kellogg Leadership Journey (preceded by CareerLeader and ESCI). Professor Michelle Buck shared that leaders leverage their strengths to maximize their impact. This KLJ experience encourages to clearly identify and leverage your strengths as you continue on your leadership development journey. This KLJ experience allows you to build on the insights you gained from CareerLeader, ESCI to further deepen your self-awareness by honing in and leveraging “what you naturally do best and learn how to develop your greatest talents”.
Join the Career Management Center (CMC) to explore how to focus on your talents to continue your growth. Students will receive access to the CliftonStrengths assessment ahead of the workshop.
