At Kellogg, we provide an environment where you can grow to be a purposeful leader in all aspects of your life. As a current student who is or is close to the mid-point of your MBA program, you are now in the phase of your Kellogg Leadership Journey to attend the Leadership Immersion Retreat (LIR).

The Leadership Immersion Retreat, led by Bernard Banks, Associate Dean for Leadership Development and Inclusion, is a unique opportunity to take the time to stop and reflect on your leadership journey and how you will leverage your remaining time at Kellogg.
 

Why participate?

The intention of this leadership development milestone is to offer you leadership learnings and practices that are centered on the power of self-reflection, learning from adversity, and practicing empathy. While you will be challenged to self-reflect and share your own transformative experiences, you will also commit to a vision of leading others.

For these reasons, the LIR is designed for students who are at the mid-point of their MBA program. In addition, this session brings students across cohorts together.

You will engage and build relationships with your peers and Dean Banks by practicing the leadership skills vital in developing as a leader in shaping your own belief of what leaders must embody.
