The CMC is excited to bring in Bob Hughes, Professor of Executive Education and Managing Director of Kellogg Executive Education, to share his knowledge about the three ways of feedback.  
Feedback can be a powerful tool for leaders,
especially when embraced as part of the development and growth of their own
leadership capabilities, that of their people, and of their
organizations.  This interactive session enables leaders to leverage
the three critical dimensions of a highly effective
feedback system: Receiving Feedback, Providing Feedback and Leading Team
Feedback.

- To identify gaps or trends in key areas of feedback
- About the growth process of yourself, others and the team as a result of gathering information
Speaker Bio  
Robert "Bob" Hughes is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Executive Education and Managing Director of Kellogg Executive Education. He is a retired U.S. Army colonel and served most recently as the Chief of Force Management and Integration at the Department of the Army, Washington D.C. Col. Hughes served as the first Senior Army Fellow posted at Kellogg, where he spent a year forming the strategic partnership between Kellogg and the U.S. Army.
