Women are 75% less likely to speak in meetings dominated by men and 140% more likely to be interrupted or spoken over than their male counterparts. Yet research shows that both women and men play a role in helping women have their voices heard at work. In this 60-minute workshop, Kathryn Landis '13 will help you identify the communication differences between men and women, and share an action plan to help you support women (and everyone!) to be heard to their full potential.

Participants will walk away with:
1. Communication implications for women
2. Barriers that prevent (even very successful) women from having their ideas heard in business
3. A research-based approach that ANY leader, manager, or team member can use to support women to be heard, improving team outcomes and relationships
